SHIPPING

All rates based on surface mail. Please note that there is a small packet (one paperback) rate available when shipping to the US that is not available for Canadian shipments. Canada Post charges an additional fuel surcharge which is constantly changing, so these rates are estimates only. Please contact us for exact rates. 
Within Canada – surface:

• 1 paperback (trade or mass market) - $7.50
• 1 hardcover or 2 paperbacks (trade or mass market) - $10.50

To USA – surface:

• 1 paperback (trade or mass market) - $9.00
• 1 hardcover or 2 paperbacks (trade or mass market) - $13.00

Overseas- by arrangement
Please note that Canada does not, as many countries do, have a book rate.

DUTY, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES

Any custom duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

PAYMENT

We can accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express or money order. Receipt of payment required for shipping. If you’d rather not give your credit card information over our secure server, you can provide it over the phone (In Winnipeg , 284.9100, Outside Winnipeg 1.800.468.4216).

PRIVACY

We value your patronage, so we won’t rent or sell your personal information to any third party. If you’d like to be taken out of our customer database please call the store (In Winnipeg 1.204.284.9100, Outside Winnipeg 1.800.468.4216) or email us and we would be happy to comply.  (However, this would preclude you from receiving our newsletter.)

SPECIAL ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS

We would be happy to special order any available title for you, as well as pre-order any upcoming new releases. If you are a Winnipeg-based customer we can hold any title (including pre-orders and special orders) for you in the store for pick-up.
